History of the Internet

I think that the video served as a good complement to class discussion. If we hadn't talked about the history of the internet, TCP/IP, and ARPANET, etc. I would have had to watch this video 2 or 3 more times to digest all of the material that is given so quickly. However, with some prior knowledge on the subject the addition of the animations and visuals definitely helped me to understand the process behind the creation of the internet. I don't know very much about computers or the internet in general, but it is exciting to think about how the internet has evolved over the past 50 years and where it will be leading us in the future. I wonder what they could do to make it better and the only thing I can think of is to get rid of hackers and viruses. Yet, I'm certain there will be tons of innovations that reach beyond my imagination today.
