After watching the video about the history of the Internet, I, like pretty much everyone else, felt that what we learned from class was a lot better reinforced. I feel like I really have a greater understanding for ARPANET, and also the idea that the Internet is such a recent phenomenon in time – it’s really only become a big deal in our lifetime, and the idea that we have come so far in such little time is absolutely astounding. Aside from my own deep thoughts about the significance of the Internet, I agree with the others in that it was a little boring and very brief. But at least we know where the Internet came from…
