YouTube vs. Hulu

I liked this blog post because I use Hulu and YouTube pretty often as it is, so using them is nothing really new...YouTube I would say is my more frequented site rather than Hulu, just because I don't follow many TV shows and watching movies is usually done with ones that I already own or through video rentals. However this post gave me the opportunity to watch two things that have been suggested by friends to watch (this is usually how I know what to search for/watch on both sites is through suggestions). On Hulu I watched a recent episode from The Office (Costume Party) and on YouTube I watched a video by Julian Smith entitled "Hot Kool Aid". Hulu is nice for watching episodes/movies in that you only have limited commercials and can watch full episodes or just clips, whereas YouTube you have to search for "good quality" clips/episodes/movies (one's that aren't just people video taping their TV screens for example) and the quality might not be too good. Both websites I think offer positives/negatives depending on what you want to watch and how you want to watch it.
